TickEncounter Prevention Partnership Application and Payment option

To become a Prevention Partner, your business or organization must either complete and mail TERC a membership application form along with any associated partnership fee. Alternatively, you can use the online form on this page to submit an application to become a partner, and send your partnership fee in separately. We accept checks made out to the University of Rhode Island.
